I’m Raisa Sadiq, the founder of intro. My journey in the recruitment industry began in 2015 after dropping out of university and facing many challenges and uncertainties. These experiences fuelled my determination to find myself and succeed, which led me to discover my true passion — people.

I spent many years building a strong network of talented individuals across the UK and Europe. Eventually, I took one of the biggest gambles of my life by starting intro at the beginning of the global pandemic, a time when the world was filled with panic. Despite the odds, I remained determined to build something that not only met the immediate needs of clients and candidates but also provided a lasting impact on their careers and businesses.

From its inception, intro has been dedicated to simplifying the recruitment process and amplifying success for everyone involved. As the current sole operator of intro, I am committed to offering tailored, hands on support throughout your recruitment journey.
